What better way to advertise the upcoming installment of the Fast and Furious franchise than with an almost five-minute-long teaser that features cars blowing up?
Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel), our favourite car-chasing, gravity-defying, legendary action guy, faces off against his deadliest foe to date in Fast X, the tenth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise and the tenth sequel overall.
In the movie “Fast Five,” you may recall that Dom defeated a ferocious Brazilian drug boss named Hernan Reyes, who was played by Joaquim de Almeida. And if you don’t, you should probably go back and watch it again because Reyes’ kid is out to get his father’s killer. Dante is Reyes’ wickedly wild kin, and he is ravenous for vengeance by any means necessary. Jason Momoa portrays Dante, who is eager to exact revenge. In Fast X, it appears that family will be pitted against family, which is Dom’s worst nightmare, and it should make for an exciting ride.
Returning members of the cast include Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jason Statham, Sung Kang, Charlize Theron, and Helen Mirren. John Cena also joins the cast. As new cast members, Brie Larson and Rita Moreno have been added.
On May 19, theatres will begin showing the film Fast X.
